To qualify for a salesperson's real estate license in Georgia an applicant must:

1. Be at least 18 years of age.
2. Be a high school graduate or the holder of a certificate of equivalency.
3. Successfully complete a Commission-approved Salesperson Prelicense Course of at least 75 hours, including a proctored exam, at an approved school such as Georgia MLS Training Institute.
4. Pass a state examination approved by the Commission.
