- Pass a 75-hour salesperson's prelicense course
- Pass the state licensing exam

This course will acquaint the prospective real estate licensee with the parties and the relationships involved in a real estate transaction. Student will gain an understanding of Brokerage Engagements, Purchase and Sale Agreements, and Leases. This course is comprised of eight topics: Listings - Fair Housing - Antitrust Laws, Agents - Subagents - Single Agents, Writing Brokerage Engagements, Legal Aspects, Legal Description - Method of Payment, Earnest Money - Special Stipulations, Writing Purchase and Sale Agreements, and Leases. Each topic will be covered by a reading assignment, comprehensive in-class lecture and practical examinations. This program exposes the student to the material three times and allows the student to obtain a good understanding of the parties, relationships and agreements involved in a real estate transaction.

Student will learn about estimating Seller and Buyer Costs in a real estate transaction. This course is comprised of eight topics: Basic Finance, Loan Types, Pricing Property, Seller Costs, Purchaser Costs, Qualifying the Purchaser, Contract to Closing, and Closing. Each topic will be covered by a reading assignment, comprehensive in-class lecture and practical examinations. This program exposes the student to the material numerous times and allows the student to obtain a good understanding of real estate financing, seller costs and buyer costs.

This course will acquaint the potential real estate licensee with the basic terms, concepts, laws and fundamentals used in real estate practice. Student will learn the technical language of the real estate profession and be able to explain its meaning to the consumer. This course is comprised of eight topics: Ownership, Encumbrances, Agency, Contracts, Appraisal/Valuation, Finance, Transfer, and Georgia Real Estate Law. Each topic will be covered by a reading assignment, comprehensive in-class lecture and practical examinations. This program exposes the student to the material four times and allows the student to obtain a good understanding of the real estate terms, concepts and practices.
