Georgia MLS Training Institute offers a wide variety of postlicense education courses to keep your real estate license current. We offer day classes, as well as computer-based courses for those who prefer to learn at their own pace.
Salespersons must take a 25-hour postlicense course in their first year of licensure. All licensees must complete this education requirement whether they are on active or inactive status, resident or nonresident status. The course shall conclude with a proctored exam administered by an approved school such as Georgia MLS Training Institute.

Proctored Exam Required.
