Georgia MLS Training Institute's 90-hour Appraiser Qualifying Education Course satisfies the new 2008 Real Property Appraiser Qualification Criteria as mandated by The Appraisal Foundation. Our two-part computer-based course includes the mandatory 15 hours of Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).

Georgia MLS Training Institute offers a wide variety of real estate and appraiser continuing education courses to keep your license status current. We offer postlicense education for first-year agents, real estate continuing education, broker prelicense education and appraiser continuing education.
