Tripp Anderson

Tripp Anderson, ABR, CBR, DREI, GRI, ITI certified, RCC, obtained his BBA degree in Real Estate from Georgia State University and later earned his MBA from Mercer University. He has been an agent, broker, trainer and an educator in real estate since 1980. During his time as a team leader, Tripp lead his office to rank 9th (in offices with 50-100 agents) within the 5th largest real estate company in the United States in 2003. His nurturing nature, educational background and real estate experience allow him to help others achieve their greatness through respectful, supportive and confidential coaching.

Greg Dunn

Gregory J. Dunn, ABR, GRI, received a Georgia real estate license in 1972 and is currently licensed as a broker and approved instructor. He is a graduate of Columbus State University with a major in both Real Estate and Accounting. Greg is a member of the Georgia Real Estate Commission’s Education Advisory Committee and he is active in his local Board, the State Association, and in the Real Estate Educators Association. In 1989, the Columbus Board of REALTORS® recognized him as the REALTOR® of the Year. He was recognized as “Educator of the Year” in 1999 by the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association and in 2001 by the Georgia Association of REALTORS®.

Wade Gaddy

Wade Gaddy, a certified appraiser and the founder of the Atlanta Institute of Real Estate, has been associated with real estate education in Georgia for over 30 years. He is the author of several real estate texts including Real Estate Fundamentals and has served on the continuing education faculties of four Georgia universities. Wade is the senior faculty member of the Georgia REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and is a regular instructor for the Georgia Association of REALTORS® Partners in Education program. Wade was recently designated a Certified Instructor of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. This prestigious designation is issued by the Appraiser Qualifications Board of the Appraisal Foundation in Washington, DC. Only seven other instructors in Georgia have received this designation.

Tom Gillett

Tom Gillett has been a mainstay in real estate and appraisal education for over twenty years. Currently, Tom instructs over five hundred classes per year in varied real estate subjects and has been a contributing author for multiple real estate organizations including the Georgia Real Estate Commission. His achievements were recognized by the Georgia Association of REALTORS® as he was named the 2003 Instructor of the Year. In 2006, Tom received the Distinguished Career Award from the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association.

Robert Hart

Bob Hart received his real estate license in 1973 and is currently licensed as an associate broker and approved real estate instructor. Bob is a member of the Georgia Real Estate Commission’s Education Advisory Committee and the Director of Education at Georgia MLS Training Institute.

Robert Locke

Robert Locke, PPM, MPM, received a degree in Business and Marketing from Michigan State University in 1969. He received a Georgia real estate license in 1973, is currently licensed as a broker and is a National Association of Residential Property Managers certified instructor. Robert has practiced sales, investing and property management since receiving a real estate license. He began managing rental property for investors in 1980 and is the Broker/Owner of his real estate management company. Robert’s clients include private individuals, banks, investors, government institutions, real estate investment trusts, builders and realtors. He is a past president and board member of the Atlanta chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, and longtime member of the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association (GREEA).

Tammy O'Carroll

Tammy O’Carroll, Associate Broker, GRI, obtained a BBA degree in Management from Georgia State University. She has been an agent, trainer, mentor, and educator in real estate since 1992. She was inducted to the RE/Max Hall Fame in 1991 and received the Million Dollar Club Phoenix Award (2003). She has experience with New Home Sales, Land, Foreclosures, HUD Properties, and Previously Owned Homes. She enjoys meeting new people and helping them achieve their goals, whether it is to buy or sale a home, or obtain a real estate license. She approaches instructing in a thorough manner to ensure students understand the material and is helpful in assisting students with questions. Joe Pennington

Joe Pennington has worked in the real estate industry for over 30 years. Since 1980, Joe has been the Owner/Broker of his company, Pennington Properties. Among his many accomplishments, Joe has served and is presently a member of the Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of REALTORS® (NAMAR).

Jan Pennington

Jan Pennington became a licensed real estate agent in 1974 and a licensed broker in 1983. She began her teaching career at Georgia MLS Training Institute in the late 1990s. Jan primarily specializes in selling residential properties, but occasionally she sells land and light commercial.

Jerry Prescott

Jerry Prescott began his real estate career in 1981 and has held an instructor’s license with GREC since 1993. His approach to instruction is lively and entertaining; he strives to make the material “come alive”. Jerry likes helping agents be professional and ethical since they are working with people who are probably making the biggest investment of their lives. He also loves motivational speaking to help others reach their personal and professional goals. Jerry has been an Atlanta resident for over 38 years. He is a graduate of Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana with a degree in Business Administration and has taken various and sundry postgraduate courses and seminars. He was elected to the Coldwell Banker “Hall of Fame” and has been awarded the Atlanta Board of Realtors® Phoenix Award.

Hugh Rowland

Hugh Rowland, ABR, CRB, CRS, GRI, holds a Master of Arts degree in Real Estate and Urban Development from the University of Georgia. He started teaching real estate courses shortly after he became licensed in June 1973. Hugh is an active sales agent and broker, as well as an Active Life Member of the Cherokee Association of REALTORS® Million Dollar Club. Students describe Hugh’s teaching style as energetic, precise and illustrative.

Mark Schneider

Mark Schneider holds a BA and MA degree from the University of Georgia. He has over seven years of experience as a college level instructor. He is a GREC licensed pre and post license instructor with many years of experience. As a consulting editor for a major real estate text book publisher, he developed course content and study guides. Students will find Mark to be detailed and approachable.
