Georgia MLS Training Institute is an approved real estate school by the Georgia Real Estate Commission for the purpose of offering Georgia-approved salesperson prelicense, broker prelicense, postlicense and continuing education courses. Our school approval code is 228 and the renewal date is December 31, 2015.
Georgia MLS Training Institute is also an approved appraisal school by the Georgia Real Estate Appraisers Board for the purpose of offering Georgia-approved Appraiser Qualifying courses and a variety of appraisal continuing education courses. Our school approval code is 016 and the renewal date is December 31, 2014.
